HOW MUCH IS EACH SESSION? HOW DO I PAY?

Each session costs £5/child whether this is in schools or at our junior academy. Sessions are paid for upfront for the term by bank transfer to our secure business account provided at the time of booking.  Payment must reach the account at least 7 days before the commencement of the first club session of the half term to guarantee a place.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

In the event of serious illness or injury, full refunds will be given based on the number of sessions remaining for that given half term and your child's place will be offered to another child. For example, if your child falls ill 3 weeks into a 6 week half term, you shall receive £15 refund to cover remaining costs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET INJURED?

Though we do everything possible to avoid such circumstances, unfortunately, we recognise that accidents and injuriees are inevitable. As a result, we have made sure that all of our coaches are first aid qualified, so there will always be someone on hand to attend to any injury or event that should occur. We have our own accident forms which will then be filled in by the attending first aider and this will then be countersigned (wherever possible) as an accurate account by the injured party and then shared with the parent at the end of the session. Copies of the injury forms can be made available on request.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALL THE KIT?

We provide the equipment! We do however require our schools to provide hoops as they aren't the easiest to transport by car!


Bibs, balls, hoops and other training equipment are provided by the club at our academy, but please bring refreshments and appropriate trainers/clothing in accordance with the weather!

WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER? DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY

All our host schools have indoor space which is suitable for Netball in the event of it being too wet, cold, or dark to go outside for our sessions.

In the event that we should have to cancel a session:

PARENTS WILL BE INFORMED OF A CANCELLED SESSION BY NO LATER THAN 7.30AM ON THE MORNING OF THE CLUB.

For our academy sessions, the term is non-refundable after week 2.
